Event narrative

The Rogue River near Agness rose above minor flood stage of 25.0 ft. at 16/1218 PST, peaked in minor flood stage at 16/1530 PST at 34.51 ft. It then fell below flood stage at 17/2103 PST. At 25.0 feet, Numerous campgrounds and low-lying roads along the river are flooded including Lobster Creek Road and Lobster Creek Campground.

Wider weather episode

The strongest of a series of frontal systems stalled over southern Oregon on 03/16. It produced heavy rain that caused numerous rivers in southwest Oregon to flood.
