Emergency managers reported that floodwaters from the Rio Culebrinas are affected PR-418 (Camino Coloso) near LUMA Energy, prompting the closure of the road to the public.

During the afternoon of August 10th, the El Yunque streamer and western convection resulted in, reported, flooding over Bayamon, Aguada and Utuado. A surface high pressure over the Central Atlantic promoted E-ESE winds.
