November started with D2 to D3 drought conditions across most of northwest Florida. By the end of the month, continued below average rainfall worsened conditions to D4 across portions of Jackson, Calhoun, Liberty, Gadsden, Leon, Wakulla, Jefferson, and Madison counties.
