Persistent strong wind gusts between 60 and 71 MPH reported in the Laramie Valley, mainly northwest of the city of Laramie. Peak wind gust of 71 MPH reported at Quealy Dome.

Potent upper level jet stream drifted back over the region for December 11th after a brief lull in the winds. Strong wind gusts between 60 to 75 MPH were common, especially in the wind prone areas.
