Mostly pea to dime size hail fell, but a few larger stones occurred and dented a truck parked outside.

Hot conditions prevailed across the Panhandles during the week of June 8 through 12. However, the combination of lingering moisture, a dryline and these hot conditions allowed for a few thunderstorms to develop each day during the afternoon and evening. Some of these storms were severe with hail and damaging winds being the main hazard.
