Occasional periods of heavy rain led to minor flooding of poorly drained areas on Saint Thomas.

Low level perturbation in association with an upper level trough east of the Lesser Antilles induced scattered showers isolated thunderstorms across the U.S. Virgin islands. Rainfall accumulation of around half an inch was recorded at the Saint Thomas airport.
