A storm system brought widespread wet snow to much of northwest Wisconsin. Six to 10 inches of snow accumulated, with the heaviest amounts along the Upper St. Croix River Valley through Douglas County. Precipitation near the Lake Superior shoreline stayed mainly rain through the event where warmer air persisted.
