A large intense Bering Sea storm impacted Alaska from the Aleutian Islands to south central Alaska April 5th through the 7th. Wind gust reached 94 mph along Turnagain Arm and ranged from 72 to 78 mph along the Aleutian Islands, Alaska Peninsula and Pribilof Islands. This storm also produced blizzard conditions across the Pribilof Islands to the Bering Sea coast and Bristol Bay coast. Blizzard conditions also occurred in the Chugach Mountains through Thompson Pass.
