Pelican measured 6.5 inches of new snow which fell on the afternoon of Friday, 11.4. Gustavus got less with 4.6 inches new snowfall that afternoon.

A moderate strength frontal system moved onto the Eastern Gulf Coast on the afternoon of Friday 11.4. Warm moist air aloft moved over cold air causing 6.5 inches of new snow for Pelican and over the Cross Sound area. Gustavus measured 4.6 inches of new snow that afternoon.
