At River's Edge and Riverside RV parks at the mouth of the Chetco River both partially flooded during this event and damage was reported at both parks. Crystal Creek near Cape Blanco was reported rising and closure of Hwy. 101 was expected.

Wider weather episode

Very heavy and sustained precipitation led to a widespread flooding event over several counties in Southwest Oregon.
