Heavy rain over the Clay Springs Fire burn scar resulted in a debris flow along Fool Creek. Mud flowed out of the drainage, but did not cross the road.

A Pacific storm system, combined with deep subtropical moisture, produced widespread heavy precipitation across Utah. This led to flooding across many parts of the state, with significant damages reported in several locations.
