Blow-out tide levels reached -6.70 feet below NAVD88 at the Sea Camp Dock tidal gage on Cumberland Island. this was about 1.50 ft below predicted low tide levels.

Strong NW flow trailing a cold front combined with low astronomical tides created Blow-Out tides along and offshore of the SE Ga and NE Fl coastline.
