What the National Weather Service wrote

The Mohawk River near Springfield reached flood stage at 400 PM PST. The river crested at 15.1 feet at 515 PM PST, and fell below flood level at 630 PM PST.

A series of fronts resulted in a prolonged period of rain for Northwest Oregon, and minor flooding of several of the area's rivers from February 12th through February 17th.
