A large swell knocked a solo fisherman overboard, about 1 mile offshore of Pacific Beach. His 18 foot power boat suffered some damage to the center console, but remained afloat and traveled in large circles around him. He was rescued 90 minutes later, suffering from exhaustion and hypothermia.
