Liberty received 13 inches of new snow from the storm.

A very moist winter storm brought an extended period of precipitation to northern and central Utah, with rain in the valleys and snow in the mountains. Snowfall started early on December 20 and continued through December 22. In addition, strong winds were observed along the ridgetops, as well as in Utah's northwest desert.
