A Lane Community College Official witnessed a rain wrapped tornado that significantly damaged three vehicles. One vehicle was moved around 125 feet and ended upside down on a berm in a parking lot. Estimated wind speeds of 65 to 85 mph is needed to move a car which rates the tornado as an EF0.
