A female motorist was killed when she lost control of her vehicle two miles west of Conway on Interstate 40 and was struck by a tractor-trailer.

One to two inches of snow fell across the central Texas Panhandle during the early morning hours. The icy roads were the cause of a vehicular accident which indirectly resulted in one death.
