Strong winds developed out ahead of an approaching low pressure system along the west coast of Alaska on November 25th. High winds and high surf along the Bering strait were observed. Water levels rose 2 to 3 feet above normal tides and waves of 12 to 14 feet offshore. Minor beach erosion reported.
