Ice accumulation near one-quarter inch was reported in Granby and Easthampton.

Wider weather episode

A series of weak moved from the Ohio Valley across Southern New England. This drew warm air north over Southern New England even as colder air moved south at the surface. This brought a brief period of snow during the late afternoon of the 22nd, and freezing rain during the overnight and day of the 23rd. All of Southern New England was affected, with icy roads and downed trees and wires.
