Elfin Cove measured 9.6 inches new snow storm total and Pelican got 6.4 inches. Impact was snow removal.

Wider weather episode

A weather front stalled out over Icy Strait on 3/26. This caused overrunning and convection aloft due to steeper lapse rates in snow growth zone. The Pelican / Elfin Cove Area and Juneau got 6 to 10 inches storm total. Impact was snow removal.
