The St Simons Island, Georgia tide gauge measured a low tide of -3.31 feet Mean Lower Low Water which was about 2.36 feet below predicted tide of -0.95 feet around 2000Z. This appear to break the previous record of -2.39 feet Mean Lower Low Water in January 2001.
