From KMIZ17 News: According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Pate L. Schultz, 19, of Mexico, lost control of her car after the wind blew snow on Highway 63 near Clark, Missouri, around 2:50 p.m. Monday. Troopers said Schultz was thrown from the car after the vehicle went off the road, into the median and flipped over. According to the Highway Patrol, Schultz wasn't wearing a seat belt. Schultz was taken to University Hospital in Columbia, where she was later pronounced dead.
