A vehicle drove over wind blown snow that had drifted onto HWY 63, just north of Clark, Missouri. The driver lost control, ran off the left side of the road and into the median, then overturned and was ejected from the vehicle.

Winter storm oved across the area evening of the 28th, through the overnight hours and exited the region by mid-afternoon on the 29th. Snow reports gathered on the 29th yielded up to around 6 inches in Randolph county and as much as 10 inches in the surrounding areas.
