The USGS tide gage at the St. Simons Island Pier reached 2.1 ft MHHW datum. Minor flooding begins at 2 ft MHHW. At 9:30 pm local time on 9/30, the gage measured 2.13 ft MHHW.

The approach of the New Moon (Aug 30) and onshore flow produced minor tidal flooding at Atlantic coast tide gages which resulted in minor flooding.
