Moist overrunning the cold air in the southern panhandle. The lower levels warmed overnight and early the 17th the snow changed to rain. 8.8 inches was reported as falling on the morning of the 17th, Snow depth at site rose 10 inches in depth. Snow from overnight had changed over to rain before climate day.
