Ketchikan Harbor Marine Exchange sensor measured a peak gust of 77 mph at 252 am on the 26th, but gusts above 60mph occurred between 432 pm on the 25th and 522 am on the 26th. Peak gust measured at the Ketchikan Airport ASOS of 60 mph at 351 am on the 26th.

Wider weather episode

Strong synoptic front with 70 kt low level jet at 850 mb. Over-running caused snow at White Pass and in Hyder.
