Low pressure and associated frontal boundary produced local blizzard conditions along the Bering strait and Saint Lawrence Island during a period from December 8 to 10th 2019.

Zone 213: Blizzard conditions were observed at the Gambell AWOS. The visibility was reduced to one quarter mile or less in snow and blowing snow. There was a peak wind gust of 52 kt (60 mph) at the Gambell AWOS.
