EF0 Tornado — Worcester, Maryland

Event narrative
An EF0 tornado initially touched down just south of Berlin on Harrison Road, then tracked northwest across Route 113 passing on the west side of Berlin. Trees were snapped and uprooted along Main and Broad streets in Berlin. The tornado continued northwest possibly lifting briefly and touching down again as it crossed Route 50. Trees were uprooted along Carey Road then farther north on Pitts Road and Fooks Road. The tornado appeared to have weakened and lifted shortly after crossing Fooks Road.

The center of Tropical Storm Isaias tracked north just inland of the Middle Atlantic Coast from late Monday night, August 3rd through Tuesday morning, August 4th. Outer bands north and east of the Tropical Storm produced five tornadoes across portions of the Lower Maryland Eastern Shore.
