A strong low pressure system produced strong winds and blizzard conditions to much of the west coast from November 4th into the 5th.

Zone 207: Blizzard conditions were reported at the Point Hope AWOS. A peak wind of 55 mph (48kt) was reported.

Zone 213: Blizzard conditions were reported at the Wales AWOS. A peak wind of 80 mph (70 kt) was reported.
