Persistent heavy rains lead to urban flooding along the downtown waterfront as well as ponding of water in poorly drained areas, making some roads and streets briefly impassable.
Wider weather episode
Deep tropical moisture pulled up from Tropical Storm Eta and a tropical wave moving across the area resulted in periods of enhanced rainfall activity across the USVI on 11/10. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain fell.
