A measured 83 mph wind gust was recorded by the mesonet station UYDDX at 1 mile west of Grant Village in Yellowstone National Park.

Wider weather episode

A cold front swept across Wyoming and brought high winds to portions of west and central Wyoming. High winds ranged from 56 to 83 mph from Teton to Natrona counties.
