A Town of Genoa man was discovered dead in his residence by authorities on February 10th. The man's house did not have any heat and it is estimated that he passed away sometime on February 7th when temperatures were in the teens below zero and wind chills were 20 to 30 below zero. The official cause of death was listed as exposure/hypothermia.
