Drought conditions remained the same over South Texas during the month due to below normal rainfall. Exceptional drought continued over Webb and La Salle Counties. Extreme drought conditions continued over the rest of the Brush Country into the western Coastal Bend. Severe drought continued over the inland coastal plains during the month.
