Multiple streets in Orange County were flooded while Nicholas moved through the region. Most flooded roads were in West Orange.

Hurricane Nicholas moved into central Texas coast during the early morning of the 14th. The system weakened to a tropical storm while moving northeast just inland. Tropical storm conditions briefly occurred along the upper Texas coast before the system weakened to a depression.
