River stream gauge reached minor, and leveled off at 7.33 feet, 0.33 feet above flood stage.

Wider weather episode

A slow moving cold front approached the area on the 22nd before passing through on the 23rd. A deep southerly flow allowed for tropical moisture to move into the area ahead of the boundary. This led to heavy rainfall as the cold front approached which caused instances of flooding.
