High standing water, but currently passable, due to ditches overflowing on US 33 between Riverton and Seneca Rocks. Also report of a mudslide in the area.

High water was reported on Route 33 in spots between Riverton and Seneca Rocks.

Dogwood Lane closed near North Main Street in Franklin. Water at least 12 inches deep flowing across the road.

A few trees blew down on CR-10 Hammer Run Road.

Trees blew down along Brush Run Road in Seneca Rocks.

Trees blew down on CR-21/6 Big Stony Road in Sugar Grove.

Several reports of water up to around 5-6 inch along/near Bolton Road. Seems related to South Fork South Branch Potomac River.

Reports of 5-6 inches of water on Rough Run Road near Rough Run Creek.

Four to five inches of water flowing over Ridge Rd near Petersburg Pike.

Water flowing over Greenawalt Gap has closed the road near Petersburg Pike.

Seneca Creek was out of its banks and flooding roadways in and around Seneca Rocks. A campground was also flooded in the flood plain of Seneca Creek and the North Fork of the South Branch Potomac River.

Trees blew down in Seneca Rocks and Moyers.

Quarter size hail was reported in Franklin.

Dime to quarter size hail was reported on WV-28 Mount Freedom Drive at the Pendleton/Pocahontas County Line.

Sweedin Valley Road was closed in multiple locations due to creeks running over the road.

Half dollar size hail was reported in Upper Tract.

Hall Springs Road was closed in multiple locations due to trees blown down.

CR-87 Rough Run Road was closed west of the Virginia state line before Fort Seybert due to trees blown down.

Several trees blew down in the Harper area.

Numerous trees blew down in and around Franklin.

A 10-inch diameter tree blew down near the intersection of US-220 North Main Street and Spruce Street.

Multiple roads were closed in Brandywine due to downed trees.

Several trees and wires blew down near Brandywine, including along CR-21/2 Fultz Gap Road.

Hail up to quarter size was reported at the state police office.

Tree damage was reported near Ruddle, including near Ruddle Park off of US-220 Petersburg Pike.

Tree damage was reported in Brushy Run, including a tree that blew down on US-220 Petersburg Pike near CR-1/3 Brushy Run Road.

Tree damage was reported in Upper Tract, including a tree that blew down onto US-220 Petersburg Pike.

Tree damage was reported south of Franklin, including a tree that blew down at a residence off of CR-220/7 Dickinson Mountain Road.

Tree damage was reported northeast of Frankling, including a tree that blew down on US-33 Blue Gray Trail near CR-1 Kiser Gap. Trees and wires also blew down on CR-1 Kiser Gap.

Numerous trees blew down along CR-3 Sweedlin Valley Road.

Dime to quarter size hail was reported covering the ground near Circleville.

The water level along the South Branch Potomac River rose above flood stage, cresting at 7.94 feet at 9:55 PM EST. A low spot on Dickenson Mountain Road 300 feet downstream from the bridge began to flood.

River stream gauge reached minor, and leveled off at 7.33 feet, 0.33 feet above flood stage.

Several trees blew down in the Seneca Rocks area.

Numerous trees, wires, and branches were blown down in and around Brandywine. A tree blew through the windshield of a truck resulting in one injury.

A large tree blew down onto a house off off Reddish Knob Road.

The water level rose above flood stage of 7 feet, and crested at 8.89 feet at 11:20 AM EST. A low spot on Dickenson Road was flooded as well as portions of the Franklin City Park.

Part of Smith Creek Road was washed out by flooding.

Quarter-sized (1.0 in diameter) hail was reported in Franklin.

A few small trees were blown down near the intersection of US-220 and Schmucker Road.
