Gustavus Department of Transportation official reported 6 inches of snow with 1 inch an hour snowfall rates.

The third storm in a series moved into the gulf of Alaska on the nineteenth and twentieth. Except for the farthest southern areas, temperatures were below or near freezing
across the majority of the panhandle. This system brought abundant moisture into the
panhandle with most of it falling as snow.
