Snowfall reports over an approximate 18-hour time period ranged from 12 to 18 inches inches near Manistique to around 13 inches at Cooks near the Delta-Schoolcraft county line. The combination of the heavy snowfall and north winds gusting to 35 mph at times caused power outages over portions of Schoolcraft County.

A strong winter storm lifting through the Upper Great Lakes brought widespread moderate to heavy snow and gusty winds to Upper Michigan from the evening of the 10th into the early afternoon of the 11th.
