Significant flash flooding occurred in Cisne and in northwestern Wayne County. Multiple roads were impacted and sandbagging was deployed. Cisne received a radar estimated 3-4 inches of rain, while northwestern portions of Wayne County approached half a foot of rain for the day.

Power lines and a power pole were downed in Rinard as a thunderstorm line surged eastward through northern Wayne County.

Minor street flooding and creek overflows were reported near Cisne and Fairfield. Rainfall rates were on the order of 1-1.5 inches within an hour.

A spotter estimated 60 mph winds in Sims. Shortly after, a measured wind gust of 62 mph was reported by a trained spotter 2 miles north of Wayne City. These wind gusts came from a developing cell in a line progressing east-northeast.
