Sustained winds of 15 to 30 mph with wind gusts over 50 mph with around 4 to 6 inches of snow county wide. Numerous traffic accidents and power outages occurred county wide.

Measured 50 mph wind gusts and over 5 inches of snow in Lake County. Travel was nearly impossible and drifts of over a foot occurred on many main roads in the county.
