Thunderstorm winds tore a screen door off of a house, uprooted a large tree, and snapped off numerous tree limbs. Also, the winds caused minor damage to a machine shed and knocked down a dog pen.

Widespread freezing rain moved into Shelby County after 3 am and persisted through 7 am, then a bit of a break before light snow developed and moved in around 2 pm. Overall between a quarter to half of an inch of ice accumulation.
