The Mills Canyon RAWS station observed gusts of around 30 mph. These wind gusts along with snow and blowing snow caused lower visibility and severe driving conditions in the zone.

A trained spotter in Roy observed 24 inches of snow. Heavy snow and poor visibility resulted in the closure on State Highway 39 in the county.
