Blowing dust dropped the visibility to less than 1/4 mile with wind gusts measured up to 53 mph. There were multiple accidents on I-20 with a multi-car accident near mile marker 37. An RV was blown over at the overpass of Highway 17 and I-20. Several trees were uprooted in town.
