Florida Division of Emergency Management relayed a report of a water treatment facility in Inverness that was damaged by a lightning strike, disrupting the drinking water supply to the town. As a result, a boil water notice went into effect and was not lifted until July 20th.

Several trees uprooted and/or with large broken limbs in Heatherwood and Flutter Terrace areas around 480 and 581. There were also numerous power lines down from trees falling onto them and several poles were leaning significantly as well.
