Accumulations of around 2 inches of sleet fell across the county, but light snow and freezing rain also fell. Area roads were covered by the sleet. A fatality resulted from a car wreck on the slick roads. Three other injuries were reported.
A tree fell on a mobile home on West County Line Road just west of North Broadway Extended, causing 1 fatality. Several trees were also blown down.
