Large hail of up to 1.75 inches in diameter fell across Cole County in an east-northeast line. The largest stones were reported in Wardsville where there was damage to siding. Severe hail was also reported in Russellville and Taos.

A right split intensified as it neared Jefferson City, producing up to 1.25 inch hail just west of town. The storm quickly weakened as it exited Cole County. No damage was reported.
