A video on social media showed a wide swath of flowing water covering Fords Creek road near Woodville.

Nearby mesonet observations showed temperatures falling below freezing around 4pm. At the same time, radar showed precipitation beginning across the county. Off and on freezing rain persisted for about 6 hours. It's estimated that 0.1 to 0.2 of freezing based on radar.
