Weather Flow sensor one mile west of East Lake measured a wind gust of 50 knots.

Snow began during the afternoon of January 28th and continued into the morning hours of January 29th. The snow mixed with sleet at times. Total snow accumulations were 4 to 6 inches across the county. Roads were icy for several days during and after the event.

Tropical Storm Andrea moved across the area on the 7th with wind gusts 40-50 mph. This resulted in minor damage mainly to trees.
