Middle Fork Helton Creek was observed flooded out of its banks and covering Middle Fork Lane with several inches of water.

Drone footage showed Grassy Creek was well out of its banks and blocking Grassy Creek Road. One culvert was washed out on Grassy Creek Road, making the road impassible, while another culvert was washed out by Grassy Creek on an adjacent driveway, blocking the road.

Middle Branch Elk Creek was observed out of its banks and flowing several inches deep across Bethel Road and into Comers Rock Road. No damage was reported and the roads were open to traffic after the water receded.

Mill Creek was observed overflowing its banks across Mill Creek Lane. Water was also observed passing across Highlands Parkway from Mill Creek. No damage was reported to the roads.
